Valencia Culinary Meeting

A special event for food lovers will take place in Valencia from February 25th to March 3rd. The Valencia Culinary Meeting, where 9 Valencian chefs invite their chef friends to cook "four-handed" menus, based on products. An unmissable event for the joy of the palate! 

During the seven days, and in tandem, the chefs will elaborate menus of product and origin, betting on local and universal cuisine, vindicating the global value of good food. They are gastronomic proposals that arise from the friendship of local chefs with renowned national and international colleagues, who have invited to share stoves.

Kitchens of embers, stews, avant-garde techniques, even or divergent bases, smoked dishes, raw cuisine, the cuisine of memory, respectful of the product, sea and mountain.
